By creating your post you agree to the following rules, terms and conditions (the “Sweepstakes Rules”). Contest entry will be deemed as acceptance of the Sweepstakes Rules.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to ALL individuals in the U.S., at least 18 years of age, except employees of Neenah and immediate family members of such employees. The Sweepstakes is open to participants regardless of residence or citizenship, so long as the laws of their jurisdiction allow participation. All entrants agree to accept the decision of Neenah as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
How to Enter
Each entry must be submitted through Instagram, by posting at least one image on your profile during the Sweepstakes Period and following the instructions to ensure validity. To be valid, your profile cannot be private (we cannot account for your entry if it’s private) and your entry must include the following required information:
Deadline
Entries will be accepted when posted between 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time on July 13, 2019 and 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on July 31, 2019. Deadline for submitting entries ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on July 31, 2019.
Winning Selection and Grand Prize
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household.
Neenah will select one hundred winners at random. The winners will be chosen via computer generated randomization and will be announced on August 5th. 50 winners will receive a $50 Walmart Giftcard, and 50 winners will receive 1 pack of Astrobrights paper ( with a retail value of ) which will be mailed directly to the winner.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
By entering, participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Neenah, Inc., its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives (collectively, “Neenah”), from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any claim for copyright infringement or violation of a third party’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All winners will be required to (i) agree to these Sweepstakes Rules, (ii) sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, (iii) a Publicity Release.
The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt, including but not limited to federal, state and/or local income and other taxes.
Rights, Terms and Conditions
The participants and winners agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with Neenah, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Atlanta, Georgia, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Georgia without regard for rules of conflicts of law. IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN PARTICIPANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (IF ANY) ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. The Contest and Neenah’s web site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Neenah is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. Neenah assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Neenah that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Neenah reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Neenah to use winners’ name and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
