Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering our products as quickly as possible. Items are shipped within three(3) business days from when your order is placed. Shipping costs are dependent on the recipient’s location. Standard shipping charges will apply, unless otherwise requested. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.

International Shipping

Astrobrights® currently ships within the U.S. and Canada, only.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Sorry, at this time we only ship to one address per order. For shipments to multiple addresses, please make individual orders per address. 

Delivery Schedule

We understand that getting your package on time is important to you.You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and then a shipping email when your order has been shipped.

*You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Business Days and Holidays

We understand that your online orders are important to you. All orders ship Monday - Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Priority shipping must be placed by 12PM CST to be shipped and processed that same day, otherwise it will be shipped and processed the following day, unless it is a holiday. 

Our distribution center does not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

To make your online shopping experience exceptional, we strive to ship within three(3) days of an order being placed. Shipping and Delivery FAQ

What are the costs for shipping online?

Freight charges are based on the weight and destination of your order, the shipping method requested and any special delivery requirements involved.

What shipping methods do you offer for online orders?

Based on the weight of your order and delivery constraints, shipping methods include: Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day or Ground Service.

All Canadian orders ship International Economy or International Priority. All fees related to the Canadian GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. These taxes will not be included in your final order total.

What is the cut-off for same day shipping?

Orders received by 12:00PM  Central Standard Time are shipped the same day they are received. Occasionally, we will need some additional time to replenish inventory, however we will notify you of any unexpected delays.

Who is responsible for shipping charges on product returns?

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping on product returns. Please include reference to your order number. For more information, please call 1-800-994-5993.

What if I only get part of my order?

Astrobrights® is commited to providing our customers with a seamless online shopping experience. We ship all item together for orders placed online. If you have issues with your order or are missing products, contact customer service at 1-800-994-5993 for assistance.

Why is sales tax charged on orders?

Current tax laws require companies to charge appropriate sales taxes for products shipping into states where the company has operations or offices. To comply with these laws, Astrobrights® adds sales tax to products.
