Eligibility. The ASTROBRIGHTS® Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. While supplies last.

Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Neenah, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 3460 Preston Ridge Rd., Suite 600, Alpharetta, GA 30005. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, selection or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Office Depot. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to Office Depot. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on September 22, 2019 at 12:01 AM EST and has been extended to June 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST. (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter.

In-store. During the Entry Period, participants can win the prize of an Office Depot gift card by purchasing ASTROBRIGHTS® Paper products sold at Office Depot stores only. ASTROBRIGHTS® Paper products will contain a promotional fly sheet within the package. Select fly sheets will have a winning Golden Ticket number. Participants with a winning Golden Ticket must email astrobrights@neenah.com and provide the winning Golden Ticket code printed on the ticket to redeem the prize gift card, which will be emailed back to participant. All prizes must be claimed by July 30, 2020.

Mail-in (alternative method of entry “AMOE”). During the Entry Period, participants can request a promotional fly sheet for the chance to win the prize of an Office Depot gift card by mailing a piece of paper with the following required information handwritten on the paper: (1) participant’s name, age, email address, and mailing address and (2) a statement that the participant wishes to enter the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes for ASTROBRIGHTS and authorizes Sponsor to communicate via email, to Neenah, Inc., “ASTROBRIGHTS® Golden Ticket Sweepstakes, 3460 Preston Ridge Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30005. Mail-in entries must be received no later than June 30, 2020. Only one mail-in request, per email address, per week. Mail-in requests that use address labels or stickers, are photocopies, hand-stamped, computer generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, will NOT be honored, acknowledged, returned, or responded to.

Participant Data and Privacy. Submission of the Golden Ticket code or other information (“Registrant Information”) constitutes your consent to participate in the Sweepstakes and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, email, and other details for Sweepstakes administration purposes or to receive Neenah promotional materials. Registrant Information will only be used in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at http://neenah.com/utils/privacy.aspx.

Grand Prize. Five (5) Grand Prizes of a $500 Office Depot gift card will be available for awarding. Winner will be required to provide a valid email address to receive the prize. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages of the prize.

Second Prize: Forty-five (45) Second Prizes of a $50 Office Depot gift card will be available for awarding. Winner will be required to provide a valid email address to receive the prize. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages of the prize.

Prizes are transferable (via email), but no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Administrator.

Instant win. All plays are instant win – no drawings. If the promotional fly sheet includes a winning Golden Ticket code, the prize may be redeemed after receipt of email with all required information. Prize will be sent to winner via email within seven (7) days after receipt of winning Golden Ticket code and required information. If prize email is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified.

Odds. The odds of winning one (1) of the forty-five (45) $50 Office Depot gift cards is 1 in 1704 or 0.000586. Odds of winning one (1) of the five (5) $500 Office Depot gift cards is 1 in 20,000 or 0.00005. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be won is $2500 and of all Second Prizes is $2250, for a grand ARV of all Prizes of $4750.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes.

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, mail or email address, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen fly sheets. Any depiction of prize in promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only.

Winner’s Name. The name of winners will only be available within thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes.
