Who says tailgating can't have style. When you are getting ready for the big game nothing says, “I love my team”, like a themed tailgating party with your team's colors. Capturing game day spirit with bright colors and handmade decor is just the like throwing the winning touchdown, just before the game begins!

We teamed up with J. Sorelle to bring you a tailgating experience that is as easy, as it is colorful. So, get your scissors, hot glue gun and bring along your team spirit for a fun fall project.

Whether you it's with a group of friend or the whole family, you can get in the full spirit of the game with colorful signs and props to make game day that much more exciting. Here's what you'll need to get started:

No tailgate is complete without a sign that shows your enthusiasm for your team or the sport. This sign is crafted from Astrobrights paper, white paper and a foam core board.

Step 1: Use the white paper to trace and cut out letter to form the word “HUDDLE” or whichever ever saying you choose.

Step 2: Glue the white letter to the foam core board for a crisp background, and let dry

Step 3: Cut out 5-inch strips of your team’s colors

Step 4: Tightly roll each strip

Step 5: Hot glue each rolled strip of paper to and place around the white letters for a 3-D effect, let dry

 Be sure to scatter the rolled paper so that it mimics confetti for a show-stopping sign that is sure to grab attention.

Pro Tip: Don’t worry about keeping the rolled paper strips perfectly rolled, you may need to bend them to achieve your desire look.
